Winner of the 2019 Carl Nielsen International Competition

Johan has been awarded 1st Prize at the prestigious Carl Nielsen International Competition, in Odense, Danmark.

Johan is First Prize winner of the prestigious 2019 Carl Nielsen Competition, which was broadcast to audiences worldwide on medici.tv.
The competition is held every four years and is open to international violinists 29 years and younger. Johan will receive €12000, a recording with the Orchid Classics label plus 10 important orchestral and festival performance opportunities.
